Best Purchase experience ever I had been scouring the internet and I had also personally visited a few of the west valley Ram dealerships over the last month prior to making my pur I had been scouring the internet and I had also personally visited a few of the west valley Ram dealerships over the last month prior to making my purchase with Andrew Sparks at Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert. I had a very specific Ram I was looking for and found it on the Earnhardt website, and even had a great price. I requested more info on the truck and within minuets Andrew Sparks and his Sales Director Mark Molus had my questions answered. I set an appointment to go look at the truck a few days later. Upon arrival for 1:30 appointment both Andrew and Mark met with me briefly and then Andrew took my wife and I out to show us the truck and take it for a drive. I was very impressed with Andrew's knowledge of his product. He knew everything about what he was selling and was very detailed in explaining it to us. We went for a drive and then back to work on numbers and worked out a great deal!!!! Next, off to financing. I was done and driving home in just over 2 hours not even close to the all day experiences I have always had in the past. Earnhardt Dodge you have earned a client for life, Great job! He did not follow up we me, twice I had to call in to get a status and I also communicated that I had the check from the insurance agency but iwhen It was complete and he left a message he explained to me that if I cash the check to bring in the cash after we had already talked about me not cashing the check and just signing it over so that just tells me that he really was not paying attention when I called him to ask status of my vehicle. I had all four kids with me and explained to Josh lile I had done before with others its our only car and I would need it back. He said he would try his best to get it back to us by 1 and he did! We've always dropped the van off at 730 am and never got it back that quick. He arranged the shuttle for the kids and I.
