Uncooperative We live in So. Arizona but purchased our new Jeep Cherokee in Las Vegas due to Earnhardt not having what we wanted. We did our 1st service in in Las We live in So. Arizona but purchased our new Jeep Cherokee in Las Vegas due to Earnhardt not having what we wanted. We did our 1st service in in Las Vegas as we were in that area at the time. I contacted Earnhardt by live chat to make an appointment for our 10,000. Mile service and was told someone would contact me to set that up. Never happened. So I called them and was told they don't take service appointments it would be done on a first come basis. I was also given an approximate cost for this service even though when I purchased the vehicle I was told the first 2 or 3 services were free at any dealer in the US. A few days later, I had another live chat to make sure they don't take service appointments and was told the manager would call me back. Again, no call back. I guess they don't need my business. He did not try to put me in a car that was not what I wanted or a car that was out of my price range. He found me exactly what I was looking for! Even better yet, was that he got it for me for less than I would have paid at another dealership. I can not express how wonderful of a time I had buying a car! Earnhardt New Vehicle Experience - Gilbert Arizona Stephen Korte did an excellent job of coordinating and communicating to my wife and I. Ours was not an easy decision as we only buy a new vehicle every tens years. My wife and I made it difficult when we changed our minds on the Jeep Grand Cheerokee color. And Mark, a supervisor, combed the valley find exactly what we wanted, exactly!! We tore up paper and processed new purchase sale agreement. The jeep as delivered in excellent shape and Stephen spent a good deal of time on a very busy Saturday bringing us up to spend on all the new gadgits. They deserve "10s" all the way around.
