The best new car buying experience I have ever had It took a while, but my wife finally convinced me to get a new 2015 Challenger. It was one of the easiest, straightforward, and enjoyable car buying experiences. We went straight to the cars and Mat was easy to talk to and not pressuring. I decided on one I liked and he instantly went in to run the numbers on payments for me. I was given a great rate, and most surpisingly, the price I came in with (and knew was a good price) was the price they offered me. No haggling, no back and forth, just a fair price that we both could live with. The process after that was so quick and smooth, in and out of finance, and got a great detailed car all within an hour. I would highly recommend working with Mathew and Earnhardt! Best of all, it has been a great experience after the sale, with good follow-up and service resolution. Pete Johnson with Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep in Gilbert was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions, as silly as some of them may have been, and was not pushy at all. Being female often times walking into a car dealership can be overwhelming when you are alone, but there was no pressure by anyone to purchase a car and everyone I came across was extremely nice and professional. Although it took a bit for me to get my car detailed and drive away I wasn't left to just wonder what was happening, Pete would check in with me to let me know progress was being made and he would have me on my way shortly. The experience did not end the night I drove off the lot, the next day I received a text message from Pete just "checking in" to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Every person that has asked me where I purchased my car gets the same response "Earnhardt in Gilbert and it was a great experience, best I've had so far" I would highly recommend them and specifically Pete do to business with. Earnhardt is a dealership outside of my community by nearly 100 miles, but the electronic response from salesman, Zach Cruise, was immediate and courteous. We communicated electronically and by telephone on Friday evening and Saturday. By Sunday afternoon, my husband and I were on our 2 hour journey to pick up our brand new car. We believe the price settlement was worth our time and effort to go this distance. Zach expeditiously and accurately prepared all the paperwork, leaving us only to test drive the vehicle and complete the transaction in record time. This was the simplest, no muss, no fuss new car purchase in my over 55 years of car ownership. I wish to add the dealer showroom was state of the art, bright, clean, airy, comfortable.
