This is the worst service department ever! ! I have been trying to make an appointment online for months now! No luck the calendar is booked forever I then try to online chat where they kee ! I bought my jeep brand new from this dealership in 2014. I have gotten every oil change at this location. I am an invested customer for many years. Please get your service department up to speed. When I call I get transferred and transferred it’s ridiculous. Not happy!! More

I purchased my 2022 Ram Mega Cab from Earnhardt. I've had to return a few times for recalls and have had the pleasure of dealing with Doug Miller. Last week our Wagoneer steering locked up but was covered by warranty. Normally, I avoid Service Departments at cost because of the time suck out of your day. However, Marvin at Gilbert Jeep were fast & h by warranty. Normally, I avoid Service Departments at cost because of the time suck out of your day. However, Marvin at Gilbert Jeep were fast & had great communication of what other items needed to be Serviced, costs, time frame, etc. & communicated via text which saves time. Also, Marvin found me a loaner car in less than 15 minutes which totally surprised me. Overall, my experiences was very enjoyable, the Service Department was clean & next time I trying one of those Donuts. Definitely request Marvin. James C More

Burt was very kind and courteous. I had a baby with me and he didn’t rush me to leave and get in my car. He even offered to get me a water! How sweet! I set up a text for next for the previous day but was never contacted. Despite that I had a smooth oil change. The waiting area is nice. The restroom was clean. The coffee/tea and water offered was a nice option, too. More
