We have been coming to this dealership for many years, and have consistently received the greatest service. It didn't matter if we bought another jeep or truck we always feel we are getting the best deal and have consistently received the greatest service. It didn't matter if we bought another jeep or truck we always feel we are getting the best deals. Allen from the service department is absolutely the best service agent I have ever dealt with. He always gives us the honest appraisal and opinion when come to the maintenance of our vehicles. It's not about the money, but rather what's right for the customer. Additionally, Amanda takes care of our oil changes and other maintenance issues. I trust her too, even to the point of telling her if she feels the vehicle needs something, just go ahead and fix it! However, she always comes and briefs us before any action is taken, and we always arrive at the best solution. My wife and I appreciate this kind of care and professionalism, and it's because of people like this that we keep coming back to this dealership. More

Awful customer service both in sales and service department. Would just like to return the RAM 2500 after 1.5 Day worth of use. I was told no because the loan went through. Parts were not placed cor department. Would just like to return the RAM 2500 after 1.5 Day worth of use. I was told no because the loan went through. Parts were not placed correctly and I was broken down on the road. Was given a loaner and told my truck was ready. It still had the power steering fluid everywhere, including paint and had to talk to a manager. After losing a day of work, they cleaned up the mess from my brand new vehicle. What a disappointment. More
