She was able to have my Jeep fixed with the coolant part and spark plug replacements in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram = Extortion Today 07/2/2019, Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Gilbert, AZ has done the five year inspection service on my 2009 Chrysler Town and C Today 07/2/2019, Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Gilbert, AZ has done the five year inspection service on my 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. The inspection is to maintain the lifetime warranty on the power-train of the minivan. The dealer's service representative called 4 hours after the minivan was dropped off for inspection. He proceeded to read an endless list of issues with the car and it will cost ten thousand dollars to fix all the issues. I scratched my head, and started wondering; who in their right mind will try to sell this load of xx to a minivan owner who's minivan has two hundred and thirty thousand miles and it is ten years old. To top it off, he proceeds to tell me; if all the items on the list are not fixed, the lifetime power-train warranty is null an void. One word to sum it up; Extortion. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a flat tire, every employee is a reflection of the culture of the entire organization. Crooks More
