Big volume, good service I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current locati I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current location offers more brands for sale and a much larger service facility than its predecessor. Frequently, when a dealership grows to huge proportions from its original state, the service department does not expand proportionally to the demand created for service; resulting in long wait times for automotive maintenance. This does not apply to the Earnhardt CJDR facility. There stands 3 service lanes prepared to in-process ones vehicle for maintenance. The lanes are manned by a platoon of specialist entering your car, Jeep or truck into their system. My vehicles when enrolled for service are frequently completed in an hour or two from entry. I currently take my third RAM and third Jeep to Earnhardt for servicing and they receive the same quality handling as the first two of each respective brand. . More

Earnhardt's Vehicle Service Center I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 on 3/15/04 from Earnhardt's and have had my pickup serviced by Earnhardt's since that day. My original Service Writer, M I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 on 3/15/04 from Earnhardt's and have had my pickup serviced by Earnhardt's since that day. My original Service Writer, Mark, was fantastic and unfortunately for me, retired. However, my new Service Writer, Josh, and sometimes my Service Writer, Brian, are equally competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I know that having my pickup serviced at a Dealership will cost me a little more, but I know that it will be taken care of properly and is worth the peace of mind. It is not to say that I have not had issues over the years (few, few and far between), but the Service Department has NEVER let me down. Will not take my Dodge Ram 2500 anywhere else. Last but not least, this last Service was quite the experience with the assistance of a Service Attendant, Ruth. What a Rockstar! She kept me so informed about the status of my truck that it really had an impact on me. Keep up the Great Job Ruth!!
