Manufacturer Recall Chrysler notified us to take our 2017 Pacifica Ltd in to our dealership due to a recall or update on software. We called our Service advisor, Rose Se Chrysler notified us to take our 2017 Pacifica Ltd in to our dealership due to a recall or update on software. We called our Service advisor, Rose Serna. She arranged an appointment for us to come in at our convenience. Rose walked out to greet us as soon as we drove in to the service area. She had everything ready to go. We opted to wait for the car and in what seemed like just a few minutes, Rose came to the lounge and told us the car was ready.
