Service department I had a dead battery and since my car was under warranty I called Earnhardt. They set up a tow truck, a car rental and replaced battery. I had contacted them when the vehicle was about 10 months old and had only about 2800 miles on it. I have since had the service done elsewhere. I also went to a different dealership with another small problem. I also had this other dealership handle the recall on my dodge truck. We are now shopping for another new RX 350 and you can bet it will not be at an Earnhardt dealership. More
