Earnhardt Ford - Service Center

Needed a replacement key for our car. Called parts dept on 7/2/21 and verified the item was in stock (1 available). Parts dept said we could not get it without an appt, so transferred us to appts. We were on 7/2/21 and verified the item was in stock (1 available). Parts dept said we could not get it without an appt, so transferred us to appts. We were not able to get a same day appt, so accepted a Saturday morning appt for 7 am. Upon arrival, had to wait to be helped, then was told that the key would have to be ordered and it would be double the price quoted by parts. Their communication and pricing were not consistent and caused us to drive from another city for no reason. Very disappointed. More

Needed an oil change and tire rotation said it was going to be 2 hours and it was done in 45 minutes. Can’t beat that, everyone was super friendly accommodating and helpful.
