I have been coming here for my wife's car service for last 2 years. I never had any problems with the service and staff has been so nice, except yesterday, August 22nd/2025 at around 4pm. I had a very bad experience from your service advisor, I brought my Honda CRV for tire repair. The advisor was so rude and told me to buy a new tire instead of tire repair. When I asked him to at least check my tire he agreed to check and told me there is a nail on the side of the tire and Honda dealership does not repair on the side of tire. It is against Honda's policy. I told him that's fine I will take my car somewhere else. That advisor was so rude all the time while talking to me. He was treating me if I did something wrong. His customer service was absolutely zero. He does not know how to interact with the customer. It is certainly not a good thing for the reputation of your company. I bought Honda CRV in 2024 with cash from your dealership and have been getting good service whenever I come there but this advisor of yours made my day miserable and I felt so insulted. I do not know his name but he was at the far left counter in side of service department. I will have to think to go to another dealership for my car service in the future. More
