Totally Taken Care of Marcus Roe is a wonderful salesperson. I had just been in a very bad car accident and upon arrival I told him that I was not making any decisions tha Marcus Roe is a wonderful salesperson. I had just been in a very bad car accident and upon arrival I told him that I was not making any decisions that day and he was very understanding and still wanted to work with us. He made every effort to make sure that I felt comfortable and added no pressure that one is used to getting when purchasing a car. Marcus and his sales team were all outstanding and I would absolutely recommend him/them. Because of the situation I was in I wanted to make sure that I was making clear decisions and told him that I would have my decision made with in a couple days, he did not hound me or pressure me, but checked in to see how I was feeling (that is not something that happens everyday). I called him to let him know that I was interested and the deal we had made was exactly what we discussed. When we arrived he helped me get all the paperwork taken care of, the finance department was fantastic as well. I love how he was able to accommodate what I wanted to add on and what I did not. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!!! More

Everyone from the receptionist to the finance officer were pleasant. Above all the people there Mr. Addison Vincent stood out as the best. He was very respectful and patience. I enjoyed his knowledge of all the Honda vehicles and even my sister ended buying a 2016 Honda Fit. We had to back order our Pilot because they were flying out of the lot. Mr. Addison always kept us abreast of all the process and waiting time of our Pilot. He helped us get the best financing possible and introduced us to Mr. GG, who was also great.
