Jason sold me my 2010 Tucson, and was wonderful to a woman (me) with bad credit and emotionally a mess. Because of his kindness I kept his number in my cell phone all these years so I could contact him again when I was ready to buy again. Yes... He's that good!.. Thank you.... Thank you Jason...for everything... you are wonderful!!!! I will never buy my Hyundais anywhere else, as long as Jason is there. Also, thanks to Michael Phoenix for the financial help. Watch for added charges The salesman was great and extremely accommodating. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. The financial advisor went through the paperwork in a timely and efficient fashion. He then lied about the added charges in regards to the upgraded alarm and Auto Butler paint protector (and included reapplications over time). He stated that these were included in the sale price and not an extra charge. I should have reviewed the paperwork more closely before signing. The next day, I went through the paperwork and found that I was in fact charged about $1,000 extra for these services. Very unprofessional to explicitly state that these charges are included with the purchase of your car and will not be added on top of the final sales price when, in fact, the paperwork shows these charges were added after the final sales price was calculated. Reviewing my loan documents, it is clear that this added to my financed amount and added to the overall amount of interest I will pay. I should have had done more due diligence when signing the paperwork, but the financial advisor should also be honest and upfront. This was definitely a damper on my car buying experience and frankly doesn't speak well for the dealership's reputation. More

I was offered to either wait during the repair or the dealer would provide a vehicle for me. I elected the vehicle which turned out to be a Hyundai Genesis. Very pleasantly surprised. When I picked up my vehicle (first experience) I was directed to the general area where serviced vehicles are parked, so I searched for it. This is Arizona in the summer, so the vehicle being closed up was very hot. It would have been nice to have a runner bring the vehicle to me with the AC running More
