I have a lot to say about my last experience here last week. I would like to give a full review of the customer service that I received. Too long to write here. Tuesday, July 11th, unable to reach anyone including operator throughout the day. Left message with advisor John, did not rtn call. Called on 12th to operator, connected with Shawn. Horrible experience with Shawn. First spoke with him on Tues, trying to get my car in for tire (slow leak) and oil change. He stated that he would order a tire in case I needed a new one. Related to him that I was going out of town on Sat and needed to drive my car. Come to find out he never ordered the tire. After the first conversation there was no communication from him and did not rtn calls. I have never dealt with such poor customer service before and I have purchased three cars with Earnhardt. On Fri contacted another company for service on tire. Called part dept to make sure info that I received from other company was correct and spoke with Brandon. He was very helpful, kind and considerate. He ordered a tire in case it was needed. He sent me to Rob and he was also helpful and caring. Went in that afternoon for tire service and oil change. After service Todd set up Pandora and Android Play for me in car. Thank you to Brandon and Rob. Starr **** employees. They made me feel important, like they cared. It is really sad when you speak with someone on a Tuesday and three days later you still don't get in to get a tire serviced. Busy or not, I should have had communication with Shawn. I don't trust him and never want to deal with him again. I will recommend Rob to all my friends who go to Santan. More

I am always happy when leaving San Tan's Dealership! I have had my car serviced a few times now and each time, I am surprised at how many things they don't charge me for. They keep in contact with me whe I have had my car serviced a few times now and each time, I am surprised at how many things they don't charge me for. They keep in contact with me when my car has to stay in the shop. Asking if I need anything just call them.They wash my car so I get it back beautiful. I Love my Hyundai Sonata and so I want to treat it the best. I have had three Toyota's and while they were good. Hyundai is even better. More

On one particularly HOT day (114), one salesman came out to the parking lot with an umbrella to shade us. He answered questions but was not at all pushy and knew we were working with Daniel G. When we returned the next day to buy a vehicle, he acknowledged us and said he remembered us :) Overall, a wonderful experience (even with a couple hiccups). More
