Victor quickly changed my mind set, by not rushing at me as I was getting out of the car, taking the time to ask questions about what I was looking for and explaining all there was to know about the model that I was interested in. He even came in on his day off to met with me to purchase a car and found exactly what color and options that I wanted on the vehicle. He never pressured me into something that I did not want and spent even more time with me when I did come to pick up the vehicle, explaining in great detail everything that I needed to know about the car, and also followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was in order and to see if I had any questions. He truly made my car buying experience a pleasant one and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in a Hyundai. More
