Everyone was very attentive the moment I arrived even though they are going through a renovation and working outside in the 100+ degree weather and working out of mobile trailers. We had a fantastic experience with Chris as our salesman who is so polite and knowledgeable. And Taylor in finance who was a delight. He explained everything so well. We love our Santa Fe hybrid. The only problem with your dealership is there is no show room. We had been there before, but turned away because of being out in the heat. Even your trailer that they put up is less than ideal. This service department is awful. One of the worst I have ever gone to over the many cars I have owned in my life. It takes an act of God to have them return a call. It takes a good 4 or more weeks to even get an appointment for service. I am continually told they are short handed. I have had my car for 3 years and I eventually stopped going there for service. I now go to Tempe Hyundai. They are very friendly, return my calls the same day and I can get my car serviced within a week! I should have made the change a long time ago! More
