DO NOT buy a car from this dealership at this time. If you have any issues with it, it will be two and a half months before they will fix it. They will blame it on Covid, since that is the convenient thi you have any issues with it, it will be two and a half months before they will fix it. It's less than two months old and I can't wait to get rid of it. One star is too high for these con artists. More
I am only rating the car maintenance, service department/customer service and communication. For starters I brought In my 2021 Hyundai Elantra (with 10k miles on it) having lights on for every an department/customer service and communication. The service department is always too busy to answer any calls and the wait time to be acknowledged in the waiting room is long as well. I know I brought it in before the holiday which can make things run a little slower, but when I called in today to get information on the status on my vehicle I was told that it has yet to be touched and when I spoke to the receptionist she had no clue my car was even at the dealership.…it’s Wednesday and you haven’t even opened the hood of my car or even acknowledged that my car is in your establishment? I just don’t get it. It takes months to schedule a major car service maintenance (even oil changes), hours to get ahold of someone and then days before your car is even touched. Once you get your car there, they will say the diagnostic/repair service could take a long time so you have to leave your car at the dealership. Oh and get this…NO LOANER VEHICLE! I broke down in Casa Grande and live in Tucson so my “roadside assistance” wouldn’t tow to Tucson or Green Valley only Gilbert. So now I am out of a car, out of work and out of the loop. I was told when I bought the car that when you do service appointments you get a loaner vehicle. For Christ sakes it’s a 2021. I know it isn’t a top of the line $75k+ car, but it’s brand new. Shouldn’t have power steering or ECM issues right off the bat. I have owned several vehicles both used and new and have always received alternate transportation when there was an issue with my cars. Also come to find out that they are out of stock on oil filters for cars that are already in the shop for oil changes and can’t provide oil changes for newer sedans?! What gives? Why schedule appointments and not have the necessary equipment? I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I left it here to get fixed if I would have seen the negative reviews on the service department I would have just paid for my car to get towed to where I live. Having to arrange for a ride home 115 miles away is insanely inconvenient. When it comes to car maintenance, and even customer service, I will never be going to San Tan Hyundai again. I just hope the service tech gets back to me soon about when I will be getting my car back. This is no way to run a business or keep a relationship with customers. More

I did almost my entire purchase remotely. I live 2 1/2 hours from San Tan Hyundai. Cole and the sales team were EXCELLENT to work with and made everything easy.
