Hey all don't buy a used car from these guys! Allow me to tell you why. We went back to this dealer as we had bought a new car from them and the deal went as well as expected. So foolish us we decide that they could be trusted. We found used car and as you know things take a long time at a dealership. The next morning, we were looking at everything on the new toy and we notice the windshield has about four nick or chips. So foolish us call the dealer see if they could fix that, the sales try to help but the person in the "bullpen" name Corey. I call Corey to plead for a repair and here is a quote. If we fix all windshield in Arizona we would have to charge more for the car. I know they are in business to make money but not caring enough to do the right thing is wrong. On another note, but I did not argue the point with him was they vehicle we traded in for the 2021 we received $9000, and they had it for sale for $15,000. Don't you think that is enough profit to fix an original damage on the vehicle! More

Jimmy was exceptionally and professional. He was informative and did not pressue me to make any decision without thinking it through. He also helped my wife understand what payments and vehicl’s we could afford on our budget. I stopped in to LOOK at the Hyundai Palisade. I was immediately greeted by Rusty who happily went over the Palisade with myself and my two daughters in tow. He pointed out every feature in this vehicle that was family friendly as well as comfortable for me. Once Rusty was done showing us the vehicle he told me this particular vehicle was base model! No way! This had everything I needed for our family. Rusty took the time to show me different levels/trims of the Palisade. I ultimately went with the SEL with convenience package. Once we sat down to talk price and extended warranty everyone was kind and friendly and did not push added packages or try to upsell. I told them what I wanted. We agreed on price and soon enough we were on our way home. I was so pleased from beginning to end. I have to mention Jimmy too he was equally as helpful getting me set up with CarPlay : never had that before. My girls didn’t bicker or fight during our time there either - why- Rusty was super friendly and funny and being a grandpa himself he new exactly how to speak “8 year old” Hahahah. I was so happy with experience and funny- 8 year old asked me, can we go see Rusty! More
I had a 7 AM service appointment for the 195 recall notice from Hyundai. Someone came out, who's appearance looked very unprofessional, turns out to be the service writer said, I called your wife on Sa notice from Hyundai. Someone came out, who's appearance looked very unprofessional, turns out to be the service writer said, I called your wife on Saturday at 4:15 and left a voice mail to cancel the appointment. I told him my wife never received the call nor a voice mail message. I also told him that, I called the service department on Friday and the service writer then confirmed that the part was in and to come in. The only call on Saturday. from San Tan Service was, a reminder about the 7 AM appointment on Monday. My wife were both home sitting on the couch on Saturday at 4:15 PM. There was no call on either of our phones, nor were there any voice mail messages. The last call and voice mail was the one from San Tan confirming our appointment and that was at 12PM. More
Jimmy Lambert is by far one of the greatest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond to learn about all of our needs and also the issues that we were running into I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond to learn about all of our needs and also the issues that we were running into regarding the negative equity I had with the vehicle I was wanting to trade in. By him understanding our needs and issues, he was able to make an excellent recommendation and got my girlfriend and I into a 2020 Santa Fe which we are absolutely in love with. During the entire process, he made my girlfriend and I feel like we were family and that he was going to go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. I would also like to thank his colleague Rusty Low for doing a great job educating us about the vehicles functionality.
