My parents and I went to a few other Hyundai dealerships around the valley and decided to make the sale with Earnhardt because of how Jimmy treated us versus the other salesman we dealt with. I appreciated that both he and Aaron (the business manager) were so accommodating. Aaron also took an extra step to help me get the coverage I needed for the car, without the cost. Worst service Ever My daughter bought her 1st car here. This is the 7th car we bought from them! The day after she bout it we called and spoke to the sales person and to My daughter bought her 1st car here. This is the 7th car we bought from them! The day after she bout it we called and spoke to the sales person and told him it shakes really bad. He said the service department was backed up and they had to wait till her loan was finalized. He said he would call back to get it in. We waited no call we called back 3 times and were told someone would get back to us. Well they never did. Finally we bring it in they saw the complaint but won’t fix it because it’s not a safety issue!!! Are you kidding me? So they let you go past the 30 days and then don’t do anything about it! Well we won’t be going here again! More
