When we made our request known, Donald Williams immediately offered to shepherd us to the lot and find a suitable vehicle to drive. We want to endorse Mr Williams for an absolute professional approach, representing the product, dealership, and himself. We quickly established a rapport and enjoyed our time with Mr Williams, from first meet to drive-away. As a result of the test drive in our chosen test Santa Fe, we decided to return after lunch and see what Mr Williams calculated for our deal. Sure enough, all questions and concerns were addressed when we returned and after a bit more time, we drove away with our "test" Santa Fe. Mr Williams carefully covered every detail for the check-out process to ensure we had a handle on all the vehicle's features; more safety and entertainment features than any vehicle we've ever owned.
