Most relaxed car buying experience ever!!!! I have purchased a dozen cars over the years and I have never experienced such a relaxed environment! Tom Scheurn the GM came out to greet us and introduced us to Ken Rothe. From there Ken was attentive but not pushy and he could read what my needs/expectations we’re. Donald Vanden came out to explain how a lease worked vs a purchase and was very helpful. Kyle Stark answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the final price. Lastly,John Henzig stopped by as he recognized me from a recent service I had on my Hyundai Genesis. He helped me with a recall on the ABS Brake System and recognized me to say hi and see how my brakes were doing. Can’t say enough about this team and I am looking forward to my next car purchase/service at San Tan Hyundai!! More

Oil change turned into a few more items. Went in early morning for an oil change. Inspection showed a few more items to be resolved, and was told it would take 5-6 hours to complete the work, Went in early morning for an oil change. Mario was friendly and gave me the option such of the shuttle, but I had just missed it and it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. It all turned out well, and was a good experience overall.
