Sometimes it's more important how you recover from a problem, not that you had a problem to begin with. That was my experience with Earnhardt Hyundai with getting a car rattle fixed while my car was und problem, not that you had a problem to begin with. My initial effort was unsatisfactory, but once I contacted the Service Manager, Judd and explained my situation, he immediately took action. He assigned me to a new Service Advisor, Mason who was phenomenal and he provided a loaner car for me. I took my car in at 7am and received a call from Mason at 4pm that they found the source of he rattle and it's fixed. I couldn't be happier. More
