Only 6000 miles on my vehicle. Check engine light came on. Service manager Kenny told me i would have to leave it 3 days and rent a car. He would decide if it was warranted. Ended up having to call corporate to get it seen and a loaner. The mechanic reset the light and said it was good. Charged me 90.00 for an oil change i didn't need. Less than 10 miles light came back on. Took it back and they had it almost 2 weeks. Technician broke my new part and several other parts . I was told by a friend they didn't know i knew that works there that he did it on purpose because he was mad i brought it back. Then they wanted to buy it back before it was fixed. Probably going to put it back together and sell it to someone else without fixing it. Thats my guess. Finally got it back and so far no problems. I will find another Hyundai dealer if something happens again. Always call corporate if they give you a hassle. More
Worst experience EVER! I understand that BAD Service can happen, but when it happens, and nobody really cares, it is disgusting. My repairs were covered under warranty but I still had to pay for my own rental car because they had a “wait list” More
Had appt for a new battery and when I got there by service engine light was on. Ron Werner exlpained to me what the problem was. Like how fast, reliable and sufficient they are with their appointments. I was in and out leaving and picking up my car. I went in for one service and got a second service done without the hassle of mak their appointments. I was in and out leaving and picking up my car. I have a 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. Running over road debris on the I-10, my tire was damaged and not repairable. Late in the afternoon (3:45) I contacted the dealership and let them know that I have a tow truck scheduled to take my car in to have the tire replaced. I spoke with Service Rep. Scott. He made me feel important and assured me he would get my care taken care of. The tire was not in stock, but he placed an order to have one brought over the next day. Scott made recommendations, noted my concerns, so I felt heard. He remained upbeat and professional, even though I brought an issue to him late in the day, telling me, not to worry, because he will stay as long as needed, to make sure I am taken care of. Due to the way I was treated, I will request that Scott is my service rep. In the future. When my car was ready Scott sent the shuttle to pick me up. Shuttle driver was so kind and professional. More
