Sometimes it's more important how you recover from a problem, not that you had a problem to begin with. My initial effort was unsatisfactory, but once I contacted the Service Manager, Judd and explained my situation, he immediately took action. He assigned me to a new Service Advisor, Mason who was phenomenal and he provided a loaner car for me. I took my car in at 7am and received a call from Mason at 4pm that they found the source of he rattle and it's fixed. I couldn't be happier. More

I took my car in for the white paint repair. I was provided a loaner for the time they had my car. Alejandro was very helpful & kept me updated on the status. Only 6000 miles on my vehicle. Check engine light came on. Service manager Kenny told me i would have to leave it 3 days and rent a car. He would decide if it was warranted. Ended up having to call corporate to get it seen and a loaner. The mechanic reset the light and said it was good. Charged me 90.00 for an oil change i didn't need. Less than 10 miles light came back on. Took it back and they had it almost 2 weeks. Technician broke my new part and several other parts . I was told by a friend they didn't know i knew that works there that he did it on purpose because he was mad i brought it back. Then they wanted to buy it back before it was fixed. Probably going to put it back together and sell it to someone else without fixing it. Thats my guess. Finally got it back and so far no problems. I will find another Hyundai dealer if something happens again. Always call corporate if they give you a hassle. More
Worst experience EVER! I understand that BAD Service can happen, but when it happens, and nobody really cares, it is disgusting. Had appt for a new battery and when I got there by service engine light was on. Ron Werner exlpained to me what the problem was.
