Leo at Earnhard Lexus is the BEST This was our first experience with Earnhardt Lexus and they did not disappoint. Leo was our sales person and he was able to help us get into a used Lexus RX350. He was able to turn around a bad situation into a happy one. We originally came there because we were told the car we saw online was available only to find out when we got there that it had just been sold. We were upset because we thought they pulled the old "bait and switch" but Leo and his manager were able to get us into an even better car for an even better deal. They apologized profusely and did their best to rectify the situation. In the end we left extremely pleased and satisfied. You can tell these people care about their customers and their customer service ratings! We will definitely be purchasing our second vehicle through them. Cannot recommend this dealership enough.
