When we first arrived at the dealership, there were a lot of people looking around the lot checking out different vehicles, and we were trying to find a sales rep but none can be found since it's a pack house. And then Leo showed up! He was very knowledge about all the Lexus vehicles, he's very polite and have a great attitude toward showing you around. He didn't give us anything like, "oh, what do I have to do today to earn your business?". He's very professionals in all area. He will really take the time to show you everything. Since this was the first time we are purchasing a Toyota/Lexus vehicle, he showed us the pros and cons about owning a Lexus and he printed everything out because he want to show us what we are getting. He truly is great in what he does and I will definitely recommend him personally if any of my family, friends, neighbors, and everyone I know to him when they need to purchase a vehicle. Decided to try Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus as Chandler Lexus did not have the car I was looking for in stock. Earnhardt had a large selection of vehicles to choose from, including the exact car I was loo Lexus did not have the car I was looking for in stock. Earnhardt had a large selection of vehicles to choose from, including the exact car I was looking for (interior and exterior colors along with the extras). Dealing with Leo was a pleasure. He went out of his way to help us. When we were deciding on a color, he pulled the cars around and placed them side by side for us to look at, hope in and play around with. We felt no pressure to buy the vehicle, there was none of the 'what do I need to do to get you into the car today' speeches. He seemed more concerned with finding the right fit for us. He asked what other cars we were looking at and didn't seemed bothered if we would have preferred another brand. He made it seem that it was most important that we are happy with whatever car we choose, regardless of where it was purchased. Pricing was good and competitive to anywhere else and there was essentially no back and forth haggling. Next time we are looking for a car, I'm sure we will make a stop by here again. More
