Took my Pacifica in for a recall. Started off with false expectations for how long the repair would take but Rick made it right. Super nice, great communication, very accommodating arranging a Lyft to drop me off and shuttle to pick me up. I rarely go to a dealership for service but Rick made me feel like a valued customer and I feel confident I will be in good hands when I have to go back. More

I started coming here for service because of the good reviews here and the terrible ones for service in Tucson. They have never disappointed me. Scheduling my appointment is always quick and easy. I usually have Joseph and he goes the extra mile, even getting my jeep washed when it comes in for service. The one time I had to leave my vehicle for recall repairs there were no loaners available and he explained I could get a rental under the warranty /recall. It was a no stress experience. More
