Violation of Privacy and Fraud General Manager Heath Wacker was personally responsible for poor decisions regarding the purchase and maintenance of my 15 year old daughter's brand n General Manager Heath Wacker was personally responsible for poor decisions regarding the purchase and maintenance of my 15 year old daughter's brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler for which we paid $80k: He allowed a salesperson to keep login access/credentials of my daughters security system and GPS long after the purchase was made and accounts transferred. Why do you need to track the movements of an underage 15yo girl???? Heath Wacker personally disputed any problem, made it hard to get the system uninstalled, and only refunded a portion of this useless aftermarket accessory. Eleven months and 4k miles later, when my daughter finally got her license, we took it into the Earnhardt family Rodeo CDJR in Queen Creek, Arizona for a review and warranty repair of a very serious steering issue probably related to the $20k aftermarket upgraded suspension, lift and tires/wheels put on by Rodeo CDJR. It had very loose steering and was causing my daughter to easily drift into oncoming lanes. Although the service department wanted to help, and admitted that there was a dangerous problem that can be fixed by one or a combination of three things, they were getting blocked by the manager Heath Wacker. I went to meet with him and when we sat down he said he remembered me and immediately said "I'm not doing anything for you". More

The truck we purchased ended up needing a small recall taken care of before it could be delivered, however the service department was already closed as it was late in the evening. That being said, Travis sent us home with a loaner truck. Our family lives in Payson, and I work in Scottsdale. The following day Travis delivered the truck to Scottsdale near my work. As I departed to head back to Payson I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the loaner truck. Travis was gracious enough to pull over and wait for me in a convenient spot. These little gestures go a long way and I was very impressed. Overall our family had an excellent experience and I would buy another vehicle from Travis and Rode CJDR again. More
