I have had a very good relationship with Earnhardt over the years and I highly recommend them for anything automotive. However, this trip was much too chaotic. I had an appointment for an 11:15 oil chang the years and I highly recommend them for anything automotive. However, this trip was much too chaotic. I had an appointment for an 11:15 oil change. I arrived at 11:05. My car was still in line to be serviced at 12:40. I had to leave for a 1:15 meeting, so I took my car out of line and left. I was asked to return and they would fit me in after my meeting. I did and they got right on my oil change and got me out in less than an hour. They always do a great job and I am always well satisfied with their service. Not sure why they were so busy that they couldn't honor an appointment, but I will be back. More

Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. I will say this and really has nothing to do with the group here, but I wish Toyota would work on a technical side of all I would highly recommend.
