Very professional and pleasant experience working with Nigel Narain. Once he ordered the Rav4 Woodland Plug-in hybrid he kept me up to date on build progress and delivery. Nigel always answered his phon Nigel Narain. Once he ordered the Rav4 Woodland Plug-in hybrid he kept me up to date on build progress and delivery. Nigel always answered his phone when I called and always called me back when he was with another client. When I first walked into the dealership to order the Rav4 several salespeople asked if they could help. When I told them I was seeing Nigel, they walked me to his desk. When I picked up the new Rav4 Nigel again was very helpful with the paperwork and questions. He encouraged me to call him anytime when I had questions and/or needed assistance with anything. There was never any pressure to add services or add-ons. That is great service and professionalism. Thanks Nigel. More
