Well, here is what happened to me. . I found a car online I was interested in, I made contact at 2:00 PM with the dealership. I got contacted back at 3:00. For the next hour we went ove . I found a car online I was interested in, I made contact at 2:00 PM with the dealership. I got contacted back at 3:00. For the next hour we went over details of the purchase. I did no haggling, I offered full price. They accepted, I filled out the financing paperwork, I sent them a CC for the 1k deposit and we had a deal. This was around 5:30. Later on that evening the salesman said they had been slammed and that they would get finished up with finance in the morning. No, worries I said, I understood. Well the next morning at 11:00 I get a text saying sorry for the confusion but another customer had an appointment to drive it the night before, and they were actually on the test drive as they ran my deposit, and they had closed that deal last night... I was needless to say extremely unhappy, they sold the car out from under me.. And then PROMISED the exact same car but more options and better price.. Well, they sold exactly what I wanted, a black on black BMW X6. The sales manager made these promises to me with the high hopes of two sales... In the mean time I found the exact car I wanted, made the deal and bought it. A day later the sales manager called saying he found a White on Black with double the miles his had... I said no, I had purchased already, and then he wanted to know where from so he could "help me get a better price" I told him I didn't want him anywhere near this deal....Personally I feel they thought they had a better chance to score two sales if they sold to the people that was there, and redirect me on another unit. You can call them now and schedule a test drive for later today at 5 when you get off work, but that unit is for sale, and if it sells it sells. They will not hold anything on a appointment.I had the deal done, approved, and deposited and they sold it out from under me. Very disappointing! More
