The BEST NISSAN EVER I am very pleased with Nissan. Me and my wife came in, and within a couple hours we drove off in a 2017 Maxima SR. We brought a car 2 years ago from I am very pleased with Nissan. Me and my wife came in, and within a couple hours we drove off in a 2017 Maxima SR. We brought a car 2 years ago from a different dealer and the customer service wasn't half of how we was treated by the staff in Nissan (Darrell Bacon) wasn't just a great salesman but he actually felt like family. He took us thru all the steps, let us test drive what ever car we wanted and even took his time doing all the paperwork necessary. He didn't rush thru the process, and made sure we drove off in new car, also the Manager of Nissan took are old up car and gave us the lowest monthly payments. He took us from $900 to $669, that was the best price considering the car was a 2017 fully loaded Maxima. I would recommend anyone who's looking or trading in their car to come here and ask for (Darrell Bacon) the experience was life changing and I will never forget where we got are dream car from, and that's East Charlotte Nissan I will give this dealership 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from both my Wife and I. I want to thank Nissan so much for the love. I believe (Darrell Bacon) should be promoted really soon. He gives a superb name to the company. More

Brand New Rogue So I was kind of leery of going in but Mustafa called and assured me that my time wouldn't be wasted. Happy with Car, Not Happy with Dealership I bought a used vehicle recently with a listed sales price of $10,000. With other taxes and fees listed on the initial sale sheet, I overlooked an $89 I bought a used vehicle recently with a listed sales price of $10,000. With other taxes and fees listed on the initial sale sheet, I overlooked an $895 "service recon" charge on that vehicle. These guys are listing vehicles at a certain price, but adding this charge on to their used vehicles underneath the list price. Needless to say, I overpaid for the vehicle which I'm sure made these guys happy. This service was explained to me but of course not pointed out on the offer. It is always up to the customer it seems to analyze the sales offer to find all the charges. Worst of all, in the finance office, we politely declined warranties and gap but somehow an interior warranty "Perma Plate" was added on my contract without me even knowing it. I never asked for this, and I was also never explained what this was. An extra $399 financed. I found the charge later that day at home, went up to ask about it. The finance guy of course made it sound great and slid the paperwork over for me to sign. I DID NOT, and asked how he expects good reviews when he adds warranties w/o the buyer knowing and just slides paperwork over for them to sign. Of course he says its not his job to go over the sales and that "they add that warranty on "all used cars". We got the warranty taken off. The finance guy went from pleasant at first meeting, to quiet (we didnt buy a warranty), to being caught on adding random warranties. Hopefully the car works out, but I would look elsewhere as these guys are all about the $$$ and less about the customer. Of course they give a pretty good pitch about how they care for their customers. Salesperson was great, Sales Manager said he wasn't going to "give the car away to goodwill" after my first counteroffer. About normal for the game. Finance Manager's feelings got hurt when I didnt buy a warranty so he tried to sneak one in there anyway. All in all, I've experienced better w/o a doubt. More
