We had a repair scheduled on our Odyssey. Time frame was 3-1/2 hours, We were kept updated during the visit. It took only 2 hours. We were informed that the vehicle was ready after 2 hours. Then we were told 900 dollars of our 1000 dollar repair was covered by the extended warranty we had purchased in 2019 when we purchased the vehicle at that dealership.
