We strongly prefer to research and decide on a specific vehicle before we start any price discussions. Then we prefer to do all negotiations via text or email and go to the dealership only to sign paperwork and take delivery. We really dislike sitting around car dealerships waiting for the sales rep to go through the standard back and forth with their teams while we sit at some desk. We’ve walked out of multiple dealerships that force us to do that. East coast Honda was totally accommodating to our method. Dra Dukes our sales rep communicated well and was very courteous and never too aggressive. Over the course of a week or so we arrived at an agreeable number, did all the finance application paperwork online and we were in and out of the dealership the same day in about 45 min with our new Ridgeline which we love. The dealership facility is new and clean. And nice clean bathrooms which were actually as nice and clean as Lexus dealerships we have bought from. We shall see how the service experience goes in the future but we couldn’t really have asked for more in a sales experience. Well done. More
