OUTSTANDING SERVICE! When I arrived at East Coast Honda we were greeted by Kelli Wilson. She asked "do you need any help"? At this point we proceeded to look at many vehi When I arrived at East Coast Honda we were greeted by Kelli Wilson. She asked "do you need any help"? At this point we proceeded to look at many vehicles and models in the parking lot. Even though it was very hot out Kelli didn't hesitate to bring us to each and every. vehicle we wanted to see. Kelli was very proficient at pointing out the different features of each trim level we inquired about and when she wasn't 100% sure of something she went and got the information to answer the question. At this point we placed a deposit on a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Since we were meeting family for dinner we left and returned a few hours later to pick up the vehicle. During this time Kelli got all of the paperwork together / detailed the vehicle / and assisted us in setting up some of the driving features before we left the lot. Kelli is a veteran's wife who provided us exceptional service in the selection of our new vehicle. I recommend to anyone (especially veterans) thinking of buying a vehicle at East Coast Honda to seek out Kelli to assist them with their selection. More
