I have owned 3 Honda Pilots. 2005, 2011, 2017 and I have owned 3 Honda Pilots. 2005, 2011, 2017 and there is only one reason I return to Honda time and time again. Kirt Cahill and the staff at East Coast Honda are not just about selling a vehicle. We feel like family anytime we need anything. I have never had so much loyalty to a single dealership in my entire life. They have always went above and beyond from sales and service. It feels like they roll out the red carpet anytime I need anything such as a simple recall to a schedule maintenance appointment. I am constantly referring anyone I know to them because I know they will treat them right and give them the same great service they give me. In this day and age where everyone complains about the smallest thing it is rare to find someone or someplace that does the right thing and East Coast Honda does this every time for every customer.
