Easiest car purchase ever! We were interested in purchasing a pre-owned Honda CRV that was traded in by our neighbors. We went in knowing how much ECH gave them for their vehicl We were interested in purchasing a pre-owned Honda CRV that was traded in by our neighbors. We went in knowing how much ECH gave them for their vehicle, and we were concerned that the mark up would be too high for us. We were pleasantly surprised that we only had to counter offer one time to get the price we felt was fair! Within minutes, we had our vehicle without any hassle! Ashley Arnold was awesome to deal with! She made this purchase very easy for us, and she could not have been any more genuine about wanting us to be happy! Even though we came in late, and dealership was closed by the time we did the financing, Ashley waited. She answered all of our questions, and went over the vehicle with us without rushing. She even took the time to sinc our phones. The finance officer was very kind and thorough as well. We had no intentions of purchasing any kind of extended warranty going in. However after hearing the benefits, and getting a reduced price for the warranty, we were sold! It was the best, and easiest car purchase ever for both of us :) More
