We thought we were going to have to wait 7-10 days before our pilot arrived at the dealership, but were pleasantly surprised when it was in in just 2 days! When we went to pick it up, we were greeted by Kimberly who had all the paperwork ready to go. She was extremely helpful and patient as she went through different gadgets on the car, especially setting up the phone! We would highly recommend East Coast Honda (and Kimberly).
