Finally A Pleasant Car-Buying Experience! I've always dreaded when it comes time to buy a new car. This time we had a leased car and the lease was expiring. So we had a deadline! We needed a c I've always dreaded when it comes time to buy a new car. This time we had a leased car and the lease was expiring. So we had a deadline! We needed a car that my 5' tall wife would be comfortable and safe driving. We had tried several other makes, and she wasn't comfortable in any of them. One salesman at a different dealer suggested she use a pillow on the driver's seat when driving. Most other dealers tried to up-sell us on more expensive models or add options that we didn't want. We went to East Coast Honda and were helped by Lou Williams. We told him what we were looking for and asked if we could try the 2016 Civic. Lou was very helpful and took his time with us. He asked what options we wanted in the car and didn't try to sell us options that we didn't need. We took a test drive in a Civic that had just what we wanted in a car and nothing more. My wife was comfortable driving the Civic, and we drove it home that evening. We highly recommend Lou Williams and East Coast Honda. Lou listened to our needs, didn't pressure us and didn't try to up-sell us. All of the other people we met at East Coast Honda were courteous. Their facility is clean and bright. The service waiting area is large and comfortable. We came away with a car that had just what we were looking for and comfortable that we would always be treated well at East Coast Honda. More
