He was SO amazing. Very laid-back, not pushy at all. After making my selection, I told him I had to discuss with my financial adviser and I would get back to him in a few days. When I did call to tell him that I was purchasing the vehicle, he asked what time I would be by the dealership to pick it up. I told him, and when I got there he had all the paperwork done. Waited a bit to speak to business manager, who was great, and I drove off the lot leaving my gas guzzling hog of an SUV there, and behind the wheel of my new to me Honda CRV. Excellent customer service! After recently purchasing my Jeep Liberty used from this dealership, I started to experience issues with it's electric system. The alternator was not After recently purchasing my Jeep Liberty used from this dealership, I started to experience issues with it's electric system. The alternator was not charging the battery properly, so I came out of pocket to have that replaced. After about three weeks with a new alternator, when I went to accelerate one day the vehicle stalled out and shut off on me in the middle of the road. That's when my sister and I contacted Scott Cahill. Scott had my vehicle towed to his auto body shop and had the issue fixed and addressed in a matter of two business days. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and showed that he genuinely cares for and about the satisfaction of his customers. This was our first time buying a car on our own and it was great. From the time we arrived, we were treated like family by Mike Collins. This guy is great! We went for a test drive while he explained everything about the car to us. After sleeping on it for a few days we arrived back at the dealership. After negotiating a trade, we really weren't there long at all. Mike was very knowledgeable with they car. He walked us through everything once we purchased it. New Mommy New Car I purchased a new car a year ago, but fate would have it that a little bundle of joy would be headed my way. I loved my old car, but needed something I purchased a new car a year ago, but fate would have it that a little bundle of joy would be headed my way. I loved my old car, but needed something less expensive per month and better on gas mileage. I had a Dodge Charger (my dream car), but alas had to give it up. I was worried about looking for another car because I wanted nothing but a new model, a cheaper monthly rate, and I did not want to be upside down in my previous loan. As luck would have it I met Lou, who took all my issues into consideration. He worked with me, and I could tell that he actually listened to me and not threw me. I felt as though I was in control of my purchase and not dealing with a typical cliché car salesman. Lou even came in on his day off to get me into a brand new 2015 Honda Accord at the pricing I wanted and without rolling over in my previous loan. All the other representatives at this branch were very nice and kept coming over to see my daughter Keagan (who thankfully slept the entire time), Even with the power going out midway through the purchase, and a horrible downpour, Lou and the crew made my new baby and myself very happy.
