I have been, for three years, researching cars as when I go in, I go ALL in, prepared for war, arrows in the quiver, bullets in the gun. It never came to that and I can honestly say I am shocked. Things have changed on the car buying front since I have been away and, in my opinion, this dealership, and its employees, changed it. For me, anyway. Melissa DeMarco was my salesperson and I have that natural aversion that, if you admit it, we all have when dealing with sales. I was more on guard than I would have been in the dark of the night in the mean streets of, well...you pick the city but, let's face it. I dreaded this meeting from the first time I contacted her. Much ado about nothing. Melissa was friendly, businesslike, understanding and, contrary to popular opinion, (especially mine) very low pressure...matter of fact, no pressure. She attempted to be fair both to her dealership and to me, her client. Her understanding of my concerns and her knowledge of every aspect of the car that I desired made this deal so effortless. I was kind of sorry when it was over as I felt as if I were having a chat over lunch with a friend. I left feeling as if I were treated fairly and with respect and the fact that she is fair, pleasant and easy to work with are reasons I will send anyone to her if they wish to purchase a new or used auto. I plan on returning after my vacation as I wish to purchase an auto for my daughter and, of course, Melissa will be my salesperson. An employee's job is to make her boss (the dealership) look good. Melissa did her job, and more. Their success can be measured by the people they hire. I would highly recommend East Coast Honda. And Melissa. More

In the end, we didn't go with a pre-owned vehicle as originally planned but instead drove home last night in our new 2015 honda odyssey. We love it! Kim was fantastic to work with on the sales end, Jim was great with our finance options, and the dealership really did offer the best price for 100+ miles around.
