This was a hassle free, absolute delightful experience! He took his time with me in the research of other vehicles before I chose the Ford Fusion and he knew every detail and factor regarding the vehicle. He made sure I received what I wanted for my trade in and negotiated the price to keep the final dollar amount spent way down. There's no reason to go anywhere else based on inventory and the kindness of everyone at this dealership. Dealing with Jeanne in finance was also a hassle free, very pleasurable experience. A very professional, kind and thoughtful lady! Today, I dealt with the service manager, Carlos Romo. I needed the computer reset and a couple of bulbs changed. He went out of his way to get the job done in under a half hour, and this was at 3:30pm!! He made me feel like a valued customer as did Michael and Jeanne in finance. Michael had told me on Friday evening he'd have the necessary service done on Monday and true to his word, all was done to perfection and I couldn't be happier!! I must also repeat Mr Romo in service went out of his way to take care of the necessary service on the vehicle and like Michael, is a true professional who extends every courtesy and kindness in dealing with the customer.
