The next day I made the 60 mile trip to the dealership and was greeted by Aaron C. at the front door. We got right down to business...test drive...appraisal of my trade...quickly agreed on a fair deal...paperwork...quick introduction around the Parts & Service Dept...orientation of my new cars features...and I was back on the road headed home in just over two hours. I will certainly shop here again in the future! More

Exceptional Customer Service June 2014 I received exceptional customer service. What made it exceptional was I had inadvertently left my wallet on the front seat of my car but di June 2014 I received exceptional customer service. What made it exceptional was I had inadvertently left my wallet on the front seat of my car but did not discover missing wallet until 2 hrs later when it was time to pay. My CSA went out to my car to look for it and there it was - credit cards, money and ID. You are fortunate to have such honest employees. I have dealt with two different service consultants previously at Rusty Wallis and they were also very nice. I just felt more connected dealing with her about my car. I plan to take my car back to Aaron for every visit. I just hit 100,000 on the car and I do plan to go for another 100,000 at least. The day shuttle driver, Jim, is very polite and always dependable. I have found the cashiers to be very friendly and helpful with all of my questions also. The dealer is always clean and the waiting room is very comfortable. More
