I had a horrible experience from the time I dropped off my vehicle to pick up. After informing the service department information on what was going on with my vehicle it was in one ear and out the other. T my vehicle to pick up. Took several weeks to even get anything going and I ended up having to do all the work my self with the insurance company making sure they received all the documents to even give a quote on repairs. I was never updated on what was happening and constantly had to call the service department. The whole process was extremely frustrating and my car never got fixed and they still tried to get over $500 out of me for diagnostic test I never agreed to with no actual work being done. Worse service I've experienced and I will never bring any of my vehicles here again. If your a women taking your car up there, don't even bother. They won't listen to anything you say even if you have papers to show proof of what your needing fixed. This place is a complete rip off and will scam you like there's no tomorrow. More
