Dear Bwana, I'm sorry we don't see eye to eye. We know the vehicle left our premises clean. I saw the pictures you sent and like you said, a lot can be explained by the vehicle carrier delivering the vehicle to you. As far as the interior, I do not know how the grease marks could have gotten in there, nor how we would have left them prior to sending to you. I'm so sorry this occurred. I don't know if you've filed a claim with the delivery company or not. We expressed interest in having the vehicle detailed. You provided a quote of $500-$700 for the exterior and you were waiting for a quote on the interior. You also wanted us to pay the cost to have a local dealer re-certify the truck. Your business is important, but there is a limit to what we were willing to spend to make you happy. We were trying to make this relationship work, even with our team being required to stay at home during a forced dealership shutdown from COVID-19. I'm disappointed we can't make you happy without fully paying for everything you are seeking. We wish you our best. Dear Hadoel, You purchased your Corvette from a dealer in Florida. You had your Corvette transported from Florida to New York. You claimed to us you thought the towing provider may have damaged your vehicle in some way. We had our Corvette technician diagnose your vehicle – ahead of our VIP customers who bought their vehicles from us -- and he found your vehicle to be operating as the manufacturer designed it. Your private mechanic called us and suggested it was the ‘ball joint’ that was the problem – without having even looked at your car. We don’t know where the mechanic is located; although, he has a “201” area code. We had already checked the ball joint; but, to satisfy you, we checked it again. We found nothing. I’m told the apology was from our technician who apologized for finding nothing wrong with your vehicle. As far as a misdiagnosis, is that your opinion or the opinion of your private mechanic or someone else? You came into our service center and you yelled at our employees, calling them disparaging names and creating a disturbance in our store. You told us you are in the business of putting other companies out of business by destroying their reputations online. You said you would do that to us. You told us it was a threat. Your comments are slanderous. Like you, we have communicated our findings and our experience with you to General Motors.
