His time, attention and patience was above and beyond what was expected! It was full attention on us and the process that is involved in the lease of our vehicle! It takes a good deal of paperwork and he guided us with all his time and patience to get it ALL right- checking and reviewing! We felt like the chaos outside the dealership doors in the world of COVID had no impact on our purchase. I had trepidation going to-look for a new vehicle- but that all disappeared the moment I went through the doors of East Hills Chevrolet! I left feeling like I owned my new leased car for years. It was a sooth transition from our current lease to the new lease- all done that day and all done efficiently! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I Felt like they were trying to scam me through the entire purchase process. Had to report them to the BBB to get them to be fair and honest at all.
