Graham even came on his day off and let me know that everything was fine to take my car home.. not only that but he went above and beyond by personally driving the car to my house since I had no one to take it for me. I will definitely go back next time I am buying a car. More

The salesperson we normally deal with moved to another state, so we were introduced to Davie. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. We were surprised when he told us he was new, and had only been working for three weeks because he carried himself with confidence and was easy to talk to. Additionally, Mr. Amendola, the Sales Manager, took the time to introduce himself and make himself available, even though we were not ready to purchase at that time. We will definitely return to this dealership and ask for Davie again when we are ready to make another purchase within the next year. More

My vehicle sales associate Alex Steshenko was extremely helpful in selecting the right options for my preferred vehicle model (including bringing down several models from their storage facility for a side-by-side comparison). I very much appreciated a stress free vehicle purchase at East Hills Chevrolet that did not involve any hidden tactics to "convince" me to upgrade to a much more premium model than what my needs are or, attempts by other sales staff to sell several extended maintenance, warranty and or other accessory gimmicks as other dealerships had annoyingly pushed resulting in myself walking out on the sale. Alex was extremely knowledgeable with the product and demonstrated the features and functions of the vehicle I had purchased from East Hills Chevrolet. Alex and the F&I associate were also extremely professional in setting up my insurance and financing paperwork to eliminate the need for extra work on my part. Overall my vehicle purchase experience from East Hills Chevrolet in Douglaston, New York has been excellent and I will be purchasing several more vehicles from them in the near future! More

And the nerve to try and give it back to me like that. Spoke to Jamie to get it resolved. Did not so much as offer me an oil change. Even for warranty work, please don't go here. Like a stupid I went back to get my air conditioner checked, and the power steering checked, only to learn that both units had trouble. Keith told me that I was out of warranty by 28 days, and they would have to charge me. It took me 38 days to get an appointment. Sadly they just don't care about the customer. Even after taking 38 days to get an appointment. I still waited 2 hours for them to look at the car. Every time I go there, does not matter for what, a minimum of 2 hour wait. Why make an appointment? More
