Car shopping can be such a headache, I looked at several different models and different dealerships, only to get the usual games. I was trading in a luxury suv ( gas prices) at one dealership even before I different models and different dealerships, only to get the usual games. I was trading in a luxury suv ( gas prices) at one dealership even before I got to test drive one vehicle I was looking at the dealer wanted all my bank info, then insulted me on a price for my trade in, offering me $8,000 less then what they were going for only to tell me they had to make money on it. Walking into East Hills Chevrolet their was none of that, Charles Roberston, was great, one of the first things he said was “Lets test drive the vehicle before we talk price what if you don’t like way it rides” which showed me they care more about the customer then the sale. They worked out a great price for my trade-in, did pretty much everything I asked and then some. The whole staff was great and they worked fast, I’ve purchased several cars in my life this was the best dealership experience I ever had. Highly recommend!!! More

I was hesitant about the entire process at first but I met with John Flynn and he was really down to earth and I felt he was doing e your dealership. I originally thought I would lease and turn in my present car. After realizing the cost of leasing would not fit with my budget, Alex suggested an alternative for which I am very happy. He showed me several gently used cars (fleet) and I opted for a 2012 Impala. I was driving a 2004 Impala and loved it. I needed a car with a large trunk for a wheelchair. This was perfect and the price was right. I really appreciate the time and effort Alex spent with me and on the second visit I brought my husband. He was very kind to my husband, who has Parkinson's disease and did everything to make things easy for him. He brought the cars he thought might be of interest, right to the front door so my husband wouldn't have to walk. Alex showed me how to program Bluetooth. Something I had no knowledge of. And helped me program the On Star feature. There is so much to learn about a new car. I know that if I went back every week with another question Alex would take the time to answer my needs.
