When I walked into East Hills Chevrolet, I knew that I wanted to buy a car but was unsure which car. I also knew that in my work I spend a good deal of time traveling from home to home; therefore, my car wanted to buy a car but was unsure which car. I expressed to Charles my wants and needs in a car and he worked with me to find MY car. Charles patiently offered me several opportunities to test-drive a variety of Chevy's. He listened, was unassuming, and subtlely explained the pluses of owning a Chevy Captiva. While my Captiva had 12000K miles when I purchased it, it looked and smelled new! It was well detailed when I picked it up with VIN etching on each window. I have been driving this vehicle for the past three weeks and I am quite happy with it. Often, I can't wait to finish work to drive my car!! How crazy is that! I am grateful that Charles connected me with a car that meets my needs! More

Actually since he took time with us that very first visit to explain the car and give us a test drive, it changed my mind toward the Traverse and away from a Ford I thought I really wanted. After the purchase he went the extra mile and explained the On Star, Bluetooth, radio, all the buttons & seat pulls and adjustments throughtout instead of just having us figure it out with the manual. That kind of stuff is what will have us recommending him to our firends. FYI: my husband is a retired bus driver and real car guy with lots of car guy friends. He now has Juan's card in his wallet for referral. In the interest of full disclosure, there was one point towards the end of our first meeting when (after Juan spoke with the money guy) he came back to us and pushed for us to sign right then and said the deal was only good if we signed right then, even though our lease to lease advertisement (which got us to come in for a look) said it was good until Friday, May 31st. That annoyed us and I got upset and almost walked away (figuring I had the Ford place to still see). Juan stayed calm and backtracked on the aggression (which we felt the money guy pushed him into anyway) and with his very endearing personality and his reviewing the deal agian was able to get us back on track. He followed up with the appropriate phone calls, knowing we went to the Ford place the next day, letting us know he was available to answer any other questions we had about the car or the deal. Basically he functioned as a very good sales person with just enough pushyness to not blow the deal and just enough very good customer sevice to make the deal. We would work with him again and recommend him to our family and friends. Yes we are completely satisfied with Juan and East Hills Chevy. We look forward to enjoying our brand new Traverse. Thanks. My husband has always come with me when I have leased or bought cars and I would always ge that all salespeople should follow in Graham's footsteps. I knew I wanted the Equinox, but did not want the sunroof or the navigation system. I wanted the car in blue with black and gray leather seats. Graham did not pressure or try to talk me into getting what I did not want. Graham ordered the car exactly the way I wanted it.
