John took the time to break down everything from costs to warranty, free service offers, and discounts. Even after insurance complications arose on my part, John and staff went beyond reasonable expectation to make sure that I was able to drive away in my Malibu the same day. LAWRENCE BREWER who gave us a tour showing old certified cars and brand new ones with patience, and professionalism he took his time to explain and answer all our questions about the new features in new cars --our last CHEVY MALIBU was made in 1999,--There was no pressure, no rush into any kind of business, so we were convinced that we may go ahead and find out more being in good hands, and right away we opted for a leased new CHEVY MALIBY. LAWRENCE sit down with us explaining specific targets of the new CHEVY MALIBU, taking a ride with it nearby to have a "feeling about the new car, and to make sure if I am comfortable driving it"--I have total replacement of both knees and the adjustments of the driver seat it is crucial for me in driving, very important--so, LAWRENCE understood this and he tried his best, and I really appreciated. In the same afternoon Lawrence did all the paperwork,, insurance ,registration plates, in order and I was driving home.my new car. Lets keep in mind this is still a plastic Chevrolet after all. Greatly improved to be sure, but you still have to deal with a Chevrolet dealer and their service. (At this point in time, list is to be expected and smart dealers are charging list price. However, I'm not going to shop price all over the world.) Thanks for making my decision easy fellas. We will take delivery of our 2014 Porsche 911 this summer. It's more than worth the extra money. (All things considered, it's not even that much more relative to what you get and who you don't have to deal with.) More
