When looking for a new SUV, I called East Hills Chevrolet and spoke to Joyce Gold. I told her the type of vehicle I was interested in and she was very knowledgable about the product line that her dealership and spoke to Joyce Gold. I met with Joyce and she showed me the SUV and all it's wonderful features. We then took it out for a test drive and it was exactly what I wanted. After the test ride, we sat down to discuss the purchase. Joyce was friendly and did not pressure me into anything. She explained the various trim levels and helped me decide on the SUV that was right for me right down to the color. I have to say that at first I was apprehensive because buying a new vehicle is a big purchase item but Joyce's knowledge and upbeat, personality made the purchase experience very pleasant.
